HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF THE BYLAWS?

Every homeowner on Magic Mountain has rightful access to the bylaws. They are available by request from the secretary/treasurer, and you can click on that link above (look up!) in the menu bar to make your request.

MY NEIGHBOR IS PISSING ME OFF. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are super sorry about that. It sucks when that happens. We'd love to help, but the MMPOA board is strictly dealing with water and the road ONLY. We don't manage neighbor disputes and encourage you to connect in with a mediator for issues that arise.

I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE WATER SYSTEM AND/OR THE ROAD.

We encourage you to email your concerns, complaints, and requests for repair of the water and road system to mmpoa@comcast.net. They will take your letter to the next Board Meeting, or forward it to the co-chairs if it needs to be addressed in a more timely way.
